We at Tall Model Ships pride ourselves in being the leading manufacturer of museum-quality model ships. We have over 40 years of research, design and manufacturing experience and are always increasing our model quality and selection.

In the past decade, our business has grown tremendously as model ships have become more mainstream. This is primarily due to Hollywood movie hits such as Titanic, Master and Commander and the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy. As our dealers have requested more model ships, we have expanded our production by opening four factories in Asia with over 1000 craftsmen. Tall Model Ships owns these factories, for the sole purpose of producing our museum-quality model ships. We have no interest or desire in making or offering any other items. Due to economies of scale and our sole focus on building model ships, we can produce the highest-quality ships at incredibly low prices.

With this infrastructure in place, we can easily design and build new model ships. In 2007, we will be adding approximately 25 new yachts (primarily America ’s Cup winners) and a full line of Riva and Chris Craft model speedboats.

Once the models leave our factories in Asia, they are sent to our facilities in either Los Angeles, California, or Gothenburg , Sweden, for final assembly and inspection.

Our current focus is on building a dealer network in Europe and, as always, researching, designing and building museum-quality model ships.
